  • Shallots: Features a pungent aroma, a naturally sweet and savory flavor, and optimal moisture content. Harvested directly from local farmers while fresh, rigorously sorted, and properly dried to ensure a long shelf life without preservatives.
  • Fresh Red Chili: Bright, vibrant red color, large size, consistent heat level, and thick flesh. Picked at peak ripeness (85–90%) to ensure optimal freshness from shipment to the consumer’s hands.
  • Curly Red Chili: Long, wavy shape, lower moisture content than large chili peppers, and a more intense heat. Highly sought after by the culinary industry and sambal makers for its deep, natural red color and strong aroma.
  • Garlic: Firm cloves with a strong sulfuric aroma and high essential oil content. Through a rigorous cleaning and selection process to ensure no rotten or hollow cloves, our garlic is ready to meet the needs of both the domestic and industrial markets.
  • Onion: Large in size, thick-fleshed, high in water content, and delivering a distinctive sweetness when cooked. We provide premium-quality onions with perfectly dry outer skins, keeping the interior crisp and fresh.
  • Leek/Scallion: Features sturdy white stems and fresh green leaves, imparting a distinctive fresh aroma to every dish. Specially packaged to retain their natural moisture, ensuring they do not wilt easily during distribution.

Exotic Rhizomes & Spices (Typical of Sulawesi)

  • White & Red Ginger: White ginger (emprit/gajah) has a thick flesh with a moderately spicy flavor. Red ginger has smaller rhizomes, a reddish color, and a very strong spicy flavor due to its high gingerol content. Grown in the fertile volcanic soil around North Sulawesi, producing rhizomes rich in essential oils, making them ideal for herbal ingredients, traditional medicines, and export.
  • Cloves: A legendary spice with a very sharp, fragrant aroma, a warm-bitter taste, and an abundance of eugenol. Hand-picked and naturally sun-dried on Lembeh Island and surrounding areas, producing export-quality dried cloves (low moisture content, glossy brown color).
  • Nutmeg: Consists of hard nutmeg seeds with a warm, sweet-spicy aroma, as well as mace (the red membrane), which commands a very high market value. A flagship commodity of Sulawesi. We provide whole, mold-free nutmeg seeds and super-quality red mace processed to international standards.
